Organised by the communications agency “AP Concept Design”, this major business event will bring together nearly a hundred exhibitors, including property developers, public and private operators in the housing sector, as well as domestic and international companies. Several countries will be represented, notably China, Tunisia, Italy, Spain and Portugal, often in partnership with Algerian players in the sector, Mr Sidi-Yekhlef explained.
Under the slogan “Summer Edition”, this event will showcase developments in the property and housing sector, offering visitors an overview of the various home-buying options, projects currently under construction in Oran, and available investment opportunities.
The exhibition will also showcase the latest innovations in smart homes and sustainable construction, featuring integrated technological solutions, energy-saving concepts and connected systems designed for modern housing. Developers, design firms, architects and interior design professionals will be on hand to present solutions tailored to the diverse needs of homebuyers.
Themed workshops will be held on eco-friendly and smart homes, incorporating environmentally friendly technologies as well as innovations in insulation, green spaces and interior design. Start-ups and innovators are also expected to attend.
Alongside the exhibition, several developers are expected to offer promotional deals and discounts on property prices, a practice that has become a regular feature of this annual economic event in Oran.
The programme also includes a series of conferences and professional meetings focusing in particular on smart homes, the environment and modern construction technologies.
