The 2nd African Real Estate Innovation and Investment Summit in November in Algiers

ALGIERS – The second edition of the Africa Real Estate Innovation and Investment Summit (ARIIS 2025) will be held on 18 and 19 November in Algiers, the event organisers said in a statement on Wednesday.

Organised under the patronage of the Ministry of Vocational Training and Education, the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Start-ups and Micro-enterprises, and the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts, the event aims to be ‘a platform bringing together key players in the fields of agricultural land, proptech, investment and urban development, as well as African and international experts, with the aim of shaping the contours of future African cities,’ according to the statement.

The Summit’s activities will include exhibitions of technological innovations for smart and sustainable cities, presentations of major real estate projects, as well as conferences and workshops addressing topics related to financing, urban planning and sustainability.

B2B meetings are also planned to foster partnerships and explore investment opportunities.
